I help Tracy Champagne with her projects including The SouthEastern Wisconsin Friday Fish Fry Guide. I search for restaurants that have a fish fry on Fridays and keep track of the contact information, email and facebook info in a spreadsheet and then add it to the website as well. I also check to make sure each month if there are any closed restaurants and also NEW restaurants. There are so many new restaurants popping up in the area!!
